Traditional pen and paper journaling while useful and proven to improve wellbeing greatly - is also passive, making it tedious and requiring continued practice.

At Konvos, we are making journaling interactive by getting people to respond to a series of triggers relevant to their life contexts. This enables individuals to make expansive meaning of their experiences - something that is found to have a huge impact on psychological wellbeing.
